Why S2 Automotive?
Too many garages treat customers as a number — vague quotes, surprise add-ons, and a car handed back with faults that weren't mentioned. S2 Automotive was opened to do the opposite.
Every job starts with a proper inspection and a fixed quote. If we find something extra, we call with photos and a price before touching it. Work only ever goes ahead with your approval.
We use dealer-level diagnostic equipment covering all major makes — the same tools main dealers use, at a fraction of the price. Fixed quotes before work starts, and nothing happens without your say-so.
What we stand for
Straight talking
We explain the fault, show you the part, and quote before we touch anything. No jargon, no pressure, no hidden charges.
Done properly
Quality parts, torque wrenches, road tests. Every car leaves the way we'd want our own to leave.
Local first
Birmingham born and based. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Stand behind it
Fixed quotes before we start, and we only fit quality parts — because we're confident the work won't come back.
